Situated in Madrid, Spain, Z Ø is a striking minimal home designed by BETA Ø that emphasizes the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. The project focuses on creating a contemporary residence where living areas open directly onto a garden, making the outdoor space the heart of the home.

Following the demolition of the original structure, the exposed concrete frame reveals a space flooded with natural light. This connection to the garden becomes a defining feature of the design. Large-scale windows diminish the boundary between interior and exterior, enhancing the home’s relationship with the surrounding landscape.

Inside, the design exudes monumentality, featuring polished metal accents, artisanal textures, and minimalist furniture crafted from wood and stone. The thoughtful combination of these materials produces a refined yet sculptural atmosphere, skillfully blending functionality with distinctive aesthetic appeal.
