Qushui-Lanting Shanghai, designed by DJX Design, masterfully fuses light, shadow, and architectural form to create a sanctuary reminiscent of ink-wash painting. At its core lies the healing power of water, embodying a contemporary space dedicated to wellness that harmonizes nature with architectural beauty.

The building features flowing lines and unique contours that enliven the skyline, with curves that elegantly rise towards the heavens. The striking contrast of black and white reflects traditional ink painting and adapts to the dynamics of light and space. Inside, a semi-open, arched layout with bold accents creates a timeless appeal that invites guests into a world of tranquility.

Inspired by classical landscapes, the interior design integrates water, stone, and garden elements. This creates an organic flow that echoes the "Flowing Goblet Pavilion," with curves that form a captivating entryway.

The ascending façade redefines the typical lobby experience, evoking a serene mountain canyon with simple, pure lines. Skylights flood the space with natural light, enhancing visual dynamics and establishing a new benchmark for urban retreats.

Throughout the building, the essence of mountains and streams flows seamlessly, casting cascading walls that reflect light and immerse visitors in peaceful simplicity. This design not only embodies beauty but also fosters a deeply restorative environment, where every detail blends architecture and wellness in perfect harmony.
