Inspired by the elegance of tunnels and archways, the Pola collection by Anony exemplifies simple yet sophisticated design. This collection embodies a harmonious balance of light and heavy, soft and hard, creating a warm and inviting ambiance through its innovative use of materials and form.

The name Pola, meaning “half,” reflects the collection's focus on geometric simplicity—featuring a half-circle shape that underscores its minimalist aesthetic. Christian Lo, the designer, explains that the collection takes inspiration from long, tunnel-like corridors lit with recessed floor lights, resulting in a striking visual that emphasizes illumination and spatial flow.

Consisting of a sconce, floor lamp, table lamp, single pendant, and multi-pendant, the Pola collection employs extruded aluminum as its primary material, available in a variety of refined finishes, including brushed aluminum, brass, champagne, matte black, and white. Its open structure allows light to cascade seamlessly, creating a soft diffusion that enhances the surrounding environment.

Made in Canada, Anony’s Pola collection reflects the studio’s philosophy of merging innovative technology with timeless design. Founded in 2015 by Christian Lo, Anony aims to craft lighting objects that evoke emotional responses, combining functionality with an aesthetic rooted in simplicity and durability—products that celebrate quality, ease of use, and the beauty of refined materials.
